To celebrate spring I got a drastic haircut because it seems like I really need to lighten up! The weather can't decide what season it is and I am trying hard to rise above the constant
stress at work. I can't wait to show my sister how I copied her new look! What do you think?
I have a degree in Child Development and have been teaching for 25 years. Most of these years have been spent with second graders with the exception of 4 years in first grade. I love introducing my students to the joy of reading "chapter books" and the language of literature.
I am a mixed-media artist and am lucky to be teaching at a fine arts magnet school. I use music and visual art every day in my classroom.
I have been married for 29 years and my husband teaches High School English. I have raised 4 wonderful kids and am still working on the yellow labs that live in our house.

Well cut short hair always looks sassy. There is nothing worse than the constant flicking of woman with long hair. it looks very chic.
