I am joining hundreds of other amazing blogging artists on a magical carpet ride and I invite you to come along. Lisa, from The Whimsical Bohemian blog started this event in 2007 and wanted us to present our giveaways in an interesting way this year. My oldest son is a musical theater major at the University of Hartford and his college years have been a wild carpet ride for our family. I asked him to help me with this project and he is smart enough to know he owes me bigtime! All YOU have to do is click on the video in this post and enjoy a short slide show while my son, Jamison, sings for you. See our journey together in under 3 minutes.

That was the song recently sung by the winner of Simon Cowell's X Factor TV show here in the UK. I like your son's version a lot, especially considering there was no music. I'm a singer as well, and have been a huge fan of musicals for as long as I can remember (whether watching MGM musicals on video, or being on stage in various musicals)! I also studied music at college! :) I wish your son all the best with his studies and with whatever happens after college.
